The role is to work as a Business Administration Apprentice within the school office. Some of the duties include reception responsibilities such as greeting visitors and handling telephone and email enquiries, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and preparing letters and communications for parents, assisting with pupil data and school systems, and helping with finance tasks such as processing orders and payments.
You will also support with communications including newsletters, social media and website updates, as well as assisting in the organisation of school events and activities. This role offers a wide range of experience across all areas of school administration, with full training provided throughout the apprenticeship.
This is a term-time only position, offering a great work-life balance and school holidays off. You will receive ongoing support, mentoring and apprenticeship training while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. The school is looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, willingness to learn and an interest in developing a long-term career in administration or business support.
