Vacancy Detail

As a Business Administrator Apprentice with Argon Utility Infrastructure Ltd, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while developing valuable skills for a future career in business and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting daily office administration to help keep the business running smoothly.

Tracking new business opportunities and learning how companies grow.

Acting as the first friendly point of contact by answering incoming calls.

Helping to organise the purchase of materials and equipment for ongoing projects and keeping supplier records up to date.

Preparing letters, documents, and other written communications.

Organising meetings and helping the team stay coordinated.

Checking documentation and invoices for accuracy and updating the project tracker.

Assisting Directors with research tasks.

Keeping filing systems neat and organised.

Helping to update and maintain the company website.

Preparing Section 50 street works licence applications.

Supporting the company as an audit officer by helping prepare for the annual ISO Audit.
