Qualifications Required

To be considered you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and maths. Vacancy Detail

You’ll be part of the People & Talent team, working closely with the Training Coordinator. Your role is all about helping people grow in their careers, keeping training organised, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Day-to-Day Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be the go-to person for training questions and help colleagues get the support they need.

Keep on top of multiple inboxes, directing messages to the right people.

Look after the training tracker — checking what’s due, booking courses and making sure everyone attends.

Book training for new starters so they have a great introduction to the company.

Process and organise training certificates and send qualifications to employees.

Check existing bookings and chase any missing certificates.

Help organise large group training sessions and research new courses that could be offered.

Send weekly reminders about upcoming training and help with any reschedules or cancellations.

Support the People & Talent team with admin tasks when needed.

Help with CV reviews and interview scheduling.

Work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship while gaining real experience.
