Brief Description
Refined Landscapes in Ickleford are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Business Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media, business and the great outdoors. You will work with social media platforms, take photos and videos, write posts, and much more.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is interested in both business and marketing. The employer are looking for an apprentice to join them.
In this apprenticeship your key responsibilities will be:
Research and identify social media trends relevant to their industry to inform content creation.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including taking photos and videos of their work, writing posts, and responding to comments.
Post regularly on social media channels, ensuring content aligns with the employers brand voice and goals.
Analyse the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance the employers website's visibility.
Learn and apply new digital marketing skills, including website management and optimisation.
The employer are looking for creativity and innovation: The ability to come up with original ideas for content and campaigns that engage audiences and stand out in the digital space.
You will need to have a proactive attitude: Taking initiative to suggest new ideas, identify potential improvements, and seek out learning opportunities.
College attendance will be once a month for 9 months at Bedford College, which will begin in September 2024.
