Brief Description
Are you looking for a Business Administration Apprenticeship? Creative Interior Contracts in Bedford, are looking for an Apprentice to join their friendly team. Within this role you will be answering telephone calls and taking messages as well as printing and much more!
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in maths and English.

Creative Interior Contracts in Bedford renovate and refurbish pubs, hotels and leisure facilities. So what you will learn during your apprenticeship?
You will aid project coordinators and accounts with filing and admin, inputting correct data into the systems as well as filing necessary information and data.
As well as chasing up subcontractors for outstanding quotations and Contacting suppliers for lead times & prices on products.
You will be typing minutes & quotations for Directors.
Packing Health & Safety folders as well as organizing safety checks for the office.
You will be ensuring stock levels are sufficient by ordering stationary/ office supplies and PPE Equipment.
As well as this you will be taking in mail and signing for packages as well as opening, sorting, stamping and distributing mail. Within this role you will also post any outgoing mail.
You will be answering telephone calls and taking messages.
General housekeeping and tidying of the office, as well as preparing the site by setting up boxes. you will also ensure the sample library is up to date and tidy.
Photocopying drawings/plans and laminating documents.
You will be ensuring the printer/copier are loaded with paper.
Taking turn in tea making!
