Brief Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work for Land Rover Experience, situated in the grounds of Rockingham Castle, as a business apprentice. You will be taking bookings. Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate will have GCSE grade 9-3 (A* - D) or equivalent in maths and English.

The Land Rover Experience, East of England Centre, are situated within the picturesque grounds and area of Rockingham Castle, Rockingham, near Market Harborough. The Land Rover Experience isn't just about action and adventure, its about delivering an experience to people that they will never forget. The team at Land Rover Experience know how to control the vehicles, and most importantly, they know how to pass on the benefits of that knowledge in a comfortable and friendly manner.
So what will you be doing in this role?
You will be a valued part of the team, answering calls and managing queries appropriately. You will also be diarising bookings and processing bookings for clients either over the phone or via email,
You will also be welcoming customers on arrival and ensuing that all relevant documentation is complete and offering refreshments.
For this role you will be fully trained to use their CRM system, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
You will be communicating with different departments on customers arrival and dealing with their needs, responding to any client enquiries and concerns.
As well as this you will keep all areas in a clean and presentable condition. On occasion you will be required to drive to collect items required by the business, so you will be need to be able to drive or in the process of having driving lessons for this role.
Your working week is 4 x 6 hour days and 1 x 8 hour day.
32 hour week (Monday- Saturday on a 2 week rolling pattern)
College attendance is once a month for 10 months at Tresham College, Corby Campus.
