Brief Description

How would you like to begin your business career with Vizion Network in Wellingborough? They are the UK's largest managed network of accident repairers. In this role you will be sending out and responding to emails, assisting with reports that need analysis, processing claims and much more.

Vizion Network in Wellingborough are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team.

So what will you be doing in this role?

This company work with insurance companies and customers whose cars have been in an accident. Their car needs repair and the customer may need a courtesy car and a lot of reassurance and understanding from the right person because of what they have been through.

You will be sending out and responding to emails as well as assisting with reports that need analysis for the managers of different departments, for different regions and for the companies clients as well. The customer may want regular updates as to what is happening with their car, and it will be your job to help them by keeping regular contact with the body shop repair team, as well as allocating jobs to the team.

In time you will also deal with the financial element of the job role.

You will also be progressing customers claims within the company’s management system, ensuring they are actioned within internally agreed Service Level Agreements.

This is a busy role where there is a lot to learn. In time you will able to progress and learn more about the business.

There will be an opportunity for hybrid working within this role in time.
