Brief Description
Swisslog UK are looking to introduce a Mechatronics Engineering Apprentice to be based alongside their on-site Engineering teams located in an existing site in Northampton and a brand-new site in Kettering. Your areas of engineering focus will be Electrical, Mechanical, Software (PLC and controls) and Pneumatics.
Qualifications Required
It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum GCSE Level 4 and above in English, Maths and Science.

This role makes up part of the resident engineering team providing maintenance, break down rectification and continuous improvement on state of the art automation and equipment.
The key responsibility of the team is to ensure maximum availability of the automation, maintain system health and work with the site operations team to maintain customer satisfaction.
This pathway will allow you to have the ability to unlock a multitude of career paths within engineering and state of art technology.
This could be to work in the maintenance, design, project management, process, software or management within the company.
The apprenticeship is the core foundation to a successful career in engineering where continuous learning can lead to any educational and employment achievements.
In this role the work is based at different locations so you will need to be able to drive.
