Brief Description
Are you looking for an Engineering Apprenticeship? Bosch Rexroth in St Neots are looking for a Engineering Fitter Apprentice to join their team.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and maths.

As an Engineering Apprentice for Bosch Rexroth will embark on a structured training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in engineering principles and practices. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and mentors, gaining valuable insights into the engineering field while contributing to various projects and tasks.
So what will you be learning?
You will engage in necessary training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and knowledge in engineering disciplines.
Study relevant engineering concepts and methodologies.
You will participate in hands-on activities, including equipment operation, maintenance, and testing.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop environment.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will be providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies.
Ensuring you are maintaining accurate records of work performed, including project progress, testing results, and any issues encountered.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for review by senior technicians.
