Specialists in occasion, performance and ceremony supplies, Evess understand that ceremonial garments go beyond the material and accessories.

Evess are looking for two Business and Customer Care Apprentices to join them.

In this role you will be provide administrative support to the Client Retention and Customer Care team.

You will learn aspects of business admin and provide customer support to customers via email and telephone calls.

As well as this you will support events and provide ad hoc support to other departments when required.

You will learn all about customer care, client liaison, communicating with customers and suppliers by answering phones and dealing with emails and escalating any issues when required.
As well as this you will be processing customer orders using accounting software.

You will be updating job flow management system and job platforms and also data entry.

Filing of receipts, emails and any other documents as required ensuring orders are dispatched according to set procedures.

Depending on your interests you can also get involved in other areas of the business such as IT & Marketing and helping with those responsibilities.

If you are over 18 you will be invited to help out at some of the employers graduation events to see how they operate and getting involved with the support elements.

You will attend Bedford college once a month for 9 months.

Other Information

This a role that is centred around graduation events and this role involves providing support at all stages including the potential to be working at one of the sites around the UK. It's a small friendly team that prioritise learning opportunities and helping each other, including apprentices, navigating the day to day of business operations and interactions. Candidates must carry out an initial interview with a member of Bedford College. Only candidates who have fully completed the application will be considered.
