Brief Description

Are you looking to become an Apprentice Engineer? Ludwick Precision, in Hitchin are looking for 2 apprentices to join their team.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) including English and Math's.

Vacancy Detail

Ludwick Precision are a highly successful sheet metal manufacturer based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Providing a complete sheet metal fabrication service to world-leading commercial interior companies and many other industry sectors that require design, prototype and volume manufacturing services.

As an apprentice with Ludwick Precision you will learn all aspects of sheet metal fabrication, from design to delivery.

So what will you be learning?

Mechanical engineering bench work and assembly.

As well as setting and operating CNC Brake Press and laser machines

You will gain knowledge and experience in MIG and TIG welding.

You will learn about metal cutting and joining methods.

You will use Computer Aided Design throughout your job role.

In addition to learning about technical engineering roles relating to sheet metal fabrication.
