Vacancy Detail
As an Apprentice with Cafea UK, Through a well-managed team, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor in managing the planning, co-ordination and control of all resources associated with the Production Area to enable their department to pack coffee products in accordance with the planned schedule whilst ensuring a safe operation, meeting quality standards and controlling costs and wastage. Ensuring the Process operation adds value for customers, employees and the Company.
Key roles and responsibilities;
To follow all Health and Safety policies set by Cafea UK
To ensure the production area is clean and safe, following the standards needed for audits (like BRC).
Ensuring the products you make meet the quality guidelines set by the company.
To help the Production Supervisor manage data collection and report it on time. You will assist in collecting data and tracking how things are going. Ensuring information is sent to the right departments on time.
Support the Production Supervisor in keeping the team motivated, trained, and ready to take on new tasks. Help spot areas where the team might need more training.
To help make the production process run smoothly, You will Work with the Production Supervisor to ensure the production area runs efficiently and at full capacity. Looking for ways to make things better and improve the process.
To help meet production targets, You will work with the Production Supervisor to make sure the team hits targets for production. If targets aren’t met, explain why.
Assist the Production Supervisor in keeping control of costs, waste, and giveaways in the production department.
