Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or equivalent.

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Vacancy Detail
Tradeline is a well-established independent recruitment agency supplying temporary, freelance and permanent staff to the construction and associated industries.
The apprentice's role is to process 500 temporary worker timesheets on a weekly basis, via a dedicated payroll software which requires a large amount of data entry so accuracy and attention to detail are key. In addition, you will be checking and updating workers records, assisting the credit controller, account managers and directors with various administration duties, liaising with colleagues on a daily basis to resolve any queries regarding the payroll, and regularly communicating with external suppliers and clients via email and phone.
When targets are met, the Tradeline team fly out to countries such as Spain and Portugal, have overnight stays in London with meals out, complete activities such as bowling and there is a pool table in office with music in their relaxed office environment.
