Brief Description
Are you looking for a career in business? Bedford College are looking for an apprentice to provide administrative support to the Additional Learning Support team.

Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) or equivalent in English and maths.

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Vacancy Detail
The successful candidate will be working for Bedford College with the Additional Learning Support Team.
You will provide administrative support to staff who need to carry out annual reviews for young people attending college with an identified learning difficulty and/or disability.
These young people are supported through an Educational Health Care Plan and you may at times talk to parents and carers and other members of staff to gather and review information.
You will help to bring reports together by liaising with colleagues across the college, including the curriculum areas, to gain feedback and to support progress.
The role will involve dealing with emails and sending out letters. You will also be trained to use Pro Solution software which the college use to store and update student information.
The role is based within a building utilised by our students at our Bedford campus site.
Salary is £18,329.00
