Brief Description : Vital Vehicle Solutions are looking for the right apprentice to join their team in administrating the process of vehicles, including data entry and uploading information onto their online platform for advertising vehicles.

 

Qualifications Required : To be considered for this role you will ideally have GCSE's at grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English, maths or equivalent.
Vacancy Detail : This role will be office based and the duties of the successful candidate will include:

Answering incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Data entry into the platform used by the employer for advertising vehicles
Using their software packages to include Google Suite for which, full training will be provided
Information will need to be updated as vehicles come into stock to include any documentation held for each vehicle
All paperwork will need to be filed away for the vehicles in an organised manner with copies of vehicle registration documents
Full training in the use of the Xero accounts system, as you will need to generate invoices for vehicles purchased and services that have been completed
Keep an active stock list of vehicles and what their current status is in relation to delivery and any work required
As you become trained you will be required to improve processes so that the company can operate in a more efficient manner
Any other general administration duties
Positions Available : 2
Working Week : Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
Salary : £ 172.00 (Weekly)

Training to be Provided : You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.
