Brief Description
The main role of the candidate will be to assist our sales engineers with data entry, market research and once they have completed their in-house product training they will start to have their own clients which they will work with supplying our services.
Qualifications Required
• GCSE grades 9-4/A*-C in maths and English or equivalent
• Interest in Electronics / Design Technology desired but not essential

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

You will also study a range of topics including: Knowing your customers, Understanding your organisation, Meeting regulations and legislation, Systems and resources, Your role and responsibility, Customer experience, Product and service knowledge, Interpersonal skills and Communication

The main role of the candidate will be to assist our sales engineers with data entry, market research and once they have completed their in-house product training they will start to have their own clients which they will work with supplying our services.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small family run company which
is already one of the largest push button switch suppliers in the UK. In addition,
working with our sales engineers, you will be expected to carry out the following
duties.
• Maintaining digital customer records
• Generate new business through researching potential leads and new market
industries of interest
• Interact with potential new clients both on phone and email
• Sending quotes & samples to support the sales department
• Travel to trade shows and support sales department with customer visits
• As a small family run business of 7, we all help out with jobs that aren't necessarily the main aspect of our job role, such as working in stores or general admin duties.
