Brief Description : To work in a friendly family-run retail environment, meeting and greeting visitors in a polite and friendly manner. Taking telephone calls, passing messages, dealing with customers & working on the in-house back office system.

 

Qualifications Required : You will need four GCSEs including maths and English at grade 4/C and above.

This is an exciting and varied role working in a friendly family run environment. As part of this apprenticeship you will be:

1. To greet visitors/customers existing and new with a smile and a friendly attitude.
2. To be willing to learn different areas of the travel industry and the back office system.
3. To prepare and send travel documents to customers via e-mail or post.
4. To prepare customer quotes for holidays and travel occasionally.
5. To prepare reports and documents.
6. Taking telephone calls and passing on messages to the relevant team member,
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 40 Hours a Week (flexible working days including some Saturdays 10am-5pm)
Salary : £180.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required) and Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT. You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.
Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online Maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria. Please note this is part of the recruitment process and must be completed in order for your application to be progressed to the next stage.
