Brief Description

Due to the rapid expansion of our school we are looking for a hard working, reliable and friendly person to join our busy office. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and have good IT skills.

Qualifications Required

You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent including maths and English.

Training to be Provided

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required) and Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT. You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

Future Prospects

A full time position within the team, as the school, team and workload are ever increasing, we hope the role will increase to much more responsibility. (Finance and Communication).

Due to the rapid expansion of our school we are looking for a hard working, reliable and friendly person to join our busy office. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and have good IT skills.

This Business Administration role will include the below duties:
Answering the School main telephone and dealing with the enquiries and taking messages for staff.
To meet and greet visitors to the school and deal with parent queries.
Check incoming deliveries and notify staff of these deliveries
Entering data onto internal IT systems.
Using Microsoft Word and Excel (training will be given) to type standard letters and documents as drafted by the Teachers.
To undertake bulk photocopying/scanning and printing.
To file documents correctly and order any stationary supplies.

Other duties to be added as the school continues to expand and the apprenticeship continues.
