Brief Description
CAM Group Services in Geddington are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join their team. Cam Group will soon be moving to new premises in Kettering. An an apprentice with them you will be carrying out all the day to day duties in a busy office environment.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths. CAM Group Services are based in Geddington, which is a village location, until they move to Kettering.
This company offer top quality electrical services to domestic, commercial and industrial customers, every customer receives electrical certification upon work completion.
They now need a Business Administrator Apprentice to join the business.
A bit about the role:
They are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and organised Business Administrator Apprentice to join the team.
This is a varied role, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across general administration, customer service, office support and marketing while working towards your Business Administration qualification.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, so they are looking for someone who is confident speaking on the telephone, professional in your approach and enjoys dealing with people.
What are the key responsibilities:
Mainly administration, so general day-to-day office administration.
Answering and making telephone calls, responding to emails and customer enquiries.
Updating records, databases and spreadsheets, filing and organising paperwork and electronic documents.
Assisting with invoices, quotes and purchase orders, booking appointments and coordinating schedules.
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and helping to keep office systems organised and up to date.
As well as this you be providing good Customer Service:
Speaking professionally and confidently with customers over the phone and responding to customer enquiries and passing information to the relevant team members.
Providing a friendly and professional customer experience and following up customer enquiries when required.
Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Attending customer meetings.
You will be involved with marketing:
Making outbound marketing calls and assisting with social media content and updates.
Helping to create simple marketing materials and posts and supporting the business with online marketing activities.
Gathering content from the business where appropriate and helping to maintain the company’s social media presence.
Assisting with promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.

A full driving licence would be beneficial, as our current office is based in a village location and public transport can be limited. The business may relocate to Kettering in the near future, so this is not necessarily an essential requirement.
