Brief Description
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to start your career in business administration? We have an exciting opportunity to join the London Gas Training Centre, as a Business Administrator Apprentice within a friendly, family-run business based in Leighton Buzzard.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths

London Gas Training Ltd in Leighton Buzzard is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in a professional office environment while gaining valuable skills and experience. London Gas Training is a well-established company that delivers specialist training within the gas industry, offering a supportive workplace where you can learn and grow.
In this role, you will help support the day-to-day running of the business by welcoming candidates and visitors, answering phone calls, and directing enquiries in a polite and professional manner. You will provide excellent customer service by responding to questions and assisting with administrative tasks linked to client interactions, including updating course data sheets. You will also help manage calendars by booking appointments and organising meetings using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Alongside this, you will carry out general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring all information is clear and up to date. You will also support the smooth running of the office by helping with tasks like managing supplies, keeping equipment organised, and maintaining an efficient and tidy workspace.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

This business has bus routes nearby with the nearest train station a 15 minute walk.
The employer is looking for an immediate starter, there will be flexibility on the proposed start date.
