Brief Description
Have you been looking for a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship? Well, Holywell School in Cranfield, Bedford are looking for an apprentice to join them. You will work within their existing Special Educational Needs and Disabilities department supporting students with their learning needs.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and maths. Future Prospects
A permanent role at the school if the budget allows, on completion of your apprenticeship.

Holywell school are based in Cranfield in Bedfordshire. Holywell is a 9-13 Middle School with 720 students in Cranfield, Bedfordshire in the Diocese of St Albans. They aim to continue the historic tradition of Church of England Schools by providing a Christian Values-inspired education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. They are keen to recruit a teaching assistant apprentice to join their existing team.
So, what will you be doing in this role?
You will work with supportive and collaborative colleagues in supporting their pupils with their learning under the supervision of a very experienced SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co Ordinator) and Assistant SENDCo.
Holywell have a wide range of students with additional needs and their teaching assistants work with the students both in class and in small group settings.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with the SEND team and the pupils and gain your Teaching Assistant qualification.
You will work with some very talented staff where you will gain invaluable hands on experience and undertake work place Continuing Professional Development.
