Brief Description
Would you like to work in a small team learning how to service, diagnose and repair lawn mowers and garden machinery of all varieties including Ride on mowers? Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths. Vacancy Detail
GB Mowers are based in Stevenage, very near Stevenage train station. They are a family-run business founded in 2019.
Each member brings years of hands-on knowledge in servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of lawnmowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, ride-on mowers, and other garden equipment.
They serve domestic customers who need their garden equipment ready for the season, as well as professional landscapers and gardeners who rely on their machinery for daily work.
So, what will you be doing in the role?
You will learn how to service, diagnose and repair lawn mowers of all varieties including Ride on. This will include repairs carried out at clients homes.
As well as this you will learn how to service, diagnose and repair garden machinery such as chainsaws, strimmers, leaf blowers etc. You will also be assembling new machinery.
And, you will learn how to use their key cutting machines and have potential for further training in this field.
If you are driving then to you will be able to drive their van and participate in customer collections and deliveries. The work is split between their site and customers premises, depending on where the work is.
You will need to be computer literate and use their bespoke customer software when required (after training)
