Brief Description

Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grade 9-4 (A*- C) in English and in maths.

LCM Engineering are a successful, well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Houghton Conquest, uniquely positioned to provide a one-stop, turn-key service for Automation, Tooling, Fixtures, Design, and Manufacturing.
As an Engineering Technician Apprentice at LCM Engineering you will work alongside LCM’s skilled fitting team on a variety of projects. The role will involve a wide range of mechanical and pneumatic assembly applications within the automotive industry, including:
Tool building, robot cell builds, automation systems, mechanical assembly, and fixturing.
You will also assist in the manufacture and fabrication of parts and equipment.
You will be carrying out final inspections of mechanical assemblies, machinery and tooling as well as helping to resolve any issues identified.
Additionally, you will gain exposure to different areas of the company, including the manual machine shop, design, and projects departments.
