Brief Description

Are you looking to start an Apprenticeship in Customer Service? Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? No Limitz, based in Bedford, are looking for a friendly apprentice to join their team. You will be working within a busy retail store, providing advice and recommendations on products within store.

Qualifications Required

You will need to have GCSE grades A*- C (9-4) in English and maths, or equivalent.

No Limitz, based in Bedford, is a local independent specialist in sports equipment, teamwear, schoolwear, printing, embroidery, and engraving.

Established in 2001, this family business has grown steadily and continues to expand its range, quality, and services. From running gait analysis to helping choose the perfect cricket bat, creating professional uniforms, or advising on end-of-season trophies, the No Limitz team is always ready to support their customers.

As an apprentice with No Limitz, you will play an important role in supporting students, schools, and local customers to ensure they receive the products and service they need. Your responsibilities will include:

Taking orders and dealing with customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone.

Assisting with stock management and in-store displays to ensure items are readily available and to support business growth through maximising sales.

Offering in-store gait analysis and providing advice to help customers choose the right running shoes.

Working as part of a team, contributing ideas, and helping to develop solutions to retain and grow the customer base.
