Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service, Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction, Responding to customer feedback, and Resolving conflicts.

Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Creating and managing schedules.

Evaluating performance and providing feedback.

Supervise, organise & coordinate a team
