Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and Maths.

The Apprentice Project Coordinator will report to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for supporting day-to-day client management and project administration. A successful candidate would be eager to learn and develop skills in project coordination, with a focus on administrative tasks and supporting the project life cycle from sales to customer satisfaction.

So what will you be learning?

You will be coordinating multiple projects from start to finish, managing conflicting deadlines
and pressures.

To ensure a high level of communication across projects with internal staff, clients, 3rd parties,
suppliers, and subcontractors.

You will support with the preparation of statements of work, scheduling resources and materials.

Assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements.

Track material deliveries and ensure configuration work is assigned and completed.

Prepare necessary paperwork and obtain permits for work on client sites.

Complete project handover documentation.

Support client satisfaction initiatives.

Provide monthly project reports to the management team.

Build and maintain relationships with clients through high standards of customer interaction.

Ensure service engineers and subcontractors have the necessary information, equipment, experience, and training to carry out their work safely and efficiently.

This role will be based in Bedford, please ensure you are able to commute to the employer.
