Vacancy Detail
The Doppelmayr Group in Luton has more than 125 years of experience in ropeway installations and technology. The Group develops efficient passenger transport systems, which are each custom engineered to adapt to a wide variety of applications.
Their projects include summer and winter tourism resorts as well as state-of-the-art passenger transport systems for urban environments, airports, shopping malls, sports complexes, and adventure parks.
So what will you be doing in this role?
You will assist technicians with preventative and corrective maintenance work of the system components, participate in the daily upkeep of the Automatic People Mover (such as cable carts and trams) and maintenance facilities.
You will also follow maintenance procedures and directives to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance are performed safely and in compliance with manufacturers’ specifications and applicable industry standards.
You will have the opportunity to follow a mechanical or electrical manufacturing pathway.
