Brief Description

Are you looking for a Bricklaying Apprenticeship? You will be assisting the team with all activities such as keeping the site tidy, mixing up, loading out and learning bricklaying and block work. You will be working in locations such as Raunds, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Kettering, Oundle, Titchmarsh.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths.

Vacancy Detail

Optimo Build Co Ltd build extensions and carry out internal alterations at clients houses. They complete one project at a time so you will be working alongside the team to complete all of the necessary work relating to the current project.

The daily tasks are pretty much all aspects of construction and building work, and will vary day to day:

Site preparation and tidying, loading out, mixing up cement, brickwork, blockwork and stonework, demolition, groundwork, drainage, steelwork, and operating power tools.

The role will be suited to someone who wants to learn all aspects of building work specialising in brickwork.

Job sites will vary but you will be working in areas such as Raunds, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Kettering, Oundle, Titchmarsh.
