Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional, friendly and efficient administration and reception service for the Academy. You will provide front of school duties to all visitors, answering queries both in person and on the phone. Part of the role will include delivering a professional and efficient welcoming reception service and deal with general enquiries from visitors and parent’s, completing forms, filing and photocopying and organising appointments, meetings and school trips. In addition, you will produce regular newsletters to all parents, ensure that the information on the schools website is up to date at all times, contact parents where and when required, ensure that the school reception area and displays are neat, tidy and clean and take minutes at meetings if requested.
