Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail
Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd was established in 1976 and are a global leader who design, create and build solutions for slitting and rewinding technology within a wide variety of industries. Their products and solutions are recognised as top level in the production of primary and secondary slitter rewinders with over 4,500 machine installations in over 80 countries around the world.
The successful applicant will be motivated to follow a career in Mechanical Engineering. Part of the apprentice's role will include building new production machines, installing / fitting of new machines, new components and assemblies, using hand tools and learning skilled fitting techniques. You will also be gaining experience in all Engineering and Production departments and fault finding / testing.
