Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) or equivalent, in English and maths.

The employer is looking for applicants who have key communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills are desirable but not essential. All skills can be taught during the apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)
Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence) – Technical Support
Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)

A fully-fledged service engineer shall have the skills procured in college tailored to an industry that is currently experiencing an extreme shortage of talent. A fully qualified member of the team will receive a tailored package and several further progressional routes depending on future interests within the company.
Vacancy Detail
Dynamic Water Solutions are a Walsall based company that operate throughout the UK. They are a process service provider to the filtration and treatment industry. Although they are based in Walsall, this vacancy is located in Bedford as you will start your working day in Bedford and travel to sites throughout the midlands and south of England.
The role shall involve working closely with the senior service engineer & other staff completing service, troubleshooting and installation of various water hygiene, water treatment and process filtration equipment. This includes exposure to electrical, mechanical, scientific and chemistry engineering. You will be working on the service data of plants, replacement of electrical and mechanical components and the validation and calibration of instrumentation. You will also be trained on the installation of a new plant which includes learning about water softening, reverse osmos and dead end & crossflow filtration.

Other Information
The field service team sometimes travel considerably for short jobs and whilst not frequent, there may be occasions where staying overnight will be required.
Travel to site can vary but the candidate will only require to make arrangements to meet a staff member currently living in Bedford area (or within 30 mins drive) The employer rewards and treats their team very well given the dedication required.
