Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Vacancy Detail

Wadys is a family business that provides Electrical & Mechanical Building services to the construction industry since 1959. They provide a complete range of electrical services across all sectors from fault diagnosis, refurbishments, to a new school or a Leisure Centre. Wadys can also design, install & maintain any project with a value up to £3million electrical or £6million M&E.

The main job role is to help and operate a smooth and efficient office, dealing with the day-to-day activities and procedures that this entails. Part of your day to day tasks will include answering the telephone in a polite manner, direct calls and relay messages, provide general support to visitors, carry out duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc and input data such as invoices, purchase orders timesheets and electrical test certificates. In addition, the apprentice will assist with any maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories and maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
