You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Vacancy Detail

Wittmann Battenfield are looking for an apprentice to join their small friendly team to work on their service desk and as a parts administrator.

The position will involve working within the spares department where you will be taking calls and preparing quotes, searching for part numbers and then ordering from their head office in Austria.
You will also be liaising with customers regarding their quotes and orders placed via telephone and email.

You will then be packing and dispatching goods from the UK office.

Your job will also involve booking service engineer visits. You may sometimes be redirecting calls on a telephone system and do any other duties as required.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the job.

There will be occasional evenings out with customers and potential training in Austria.
