Newport Pagnell Town Council is a local government organisation serving local residents, primarily in the areas of recreation and planning.
The apprentice will assist in the many functions involved in planning and managing events, communicate with local retailers, manage social media posts, procurement, and general administration for the Town Council Offices. Part of the role will also include working on the reception service at front desk offering customer service, answer telephone calls, emails and letters from customers with a high level of customer care. In addition, log, classify and direct customer enquiries to the appropriate service area or organisation and log, track and chase all feedback from service areas and other organisations.
Candidates need to be able to travel to Newport Pagnell- there is no travelling to Bedford needed.
