Brief Description
Are you looking for a career in business? InMAT (Inspire Multi Academy Trust) are seeking an organised and friendly individual to join their small team based in Lamport. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the MAT learning about business processes and gaining experience in the education sector.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths.

Training to be Provided
You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Progression within the central team or wider trust on successful completion of your apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
The role will allow you to learn about the day-to-day running of the MAT (Multi Academy Trust). This apprenticeship will provide transferable skills including administration, communication, IT, and customer service, which can be utilised across a broad spectrum of future roles.
Your tasks will include, dealing with phone calls and making sure all messages are forwarded to the right person. Dealing with emails and managing staff calendars and diaries as well as typing letters and documents. You will be also be scanning and photocopying. As part of the role, you will have IT duties, using Microsoft Office 365 and various online platforms.
You will support other central teams and carry out any other admin duties required to help the teams.
