Brief Description

Are you looking for an engineering career? Kannegiesser are based in Dunstable and they are looking for an apprentice to assist with and learn all aspects of maintenance, breakdowns and support with any issues arising with customers equipment on site.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths.

The long term plan is that the successful candidate will complete the apprenticeship and then join the company with a full time position.

Vacancy Detail

For over 70 years Kannegiesser are the partner of the textile service providers regarding industrial laundry technology.

As a Maintenance Engineer Apprentice with Kannegiesser you will have a very varied role which will include working alongside the maintenance team to assist with and learn all aspects of maintenance, repair and installation of laundry equipment.

You will be learning about and assisting with, routine and breakdown maintenance along with occasional installation work. Part of the role will require you to complete documentation appropriately according to the job completed. You will also undertake additional tasks as requested by management within the level of the role.
