Vacancy Detail
Allen Concrete manufactures precast concrete products for the fencing and building industries. The company’s expertise in the field of precast concrete production is based on more than 60 years’ experience, and is available to support the manufacture of all types of special units.
Your role will be to assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out preventative maintenance and repair programmes on the company’s plant and machinery in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will assist with organising the maintenance of the company’s plant and machinery in accordance with agreed maintenance plans, assist with regular maintenance and safety checks in accordance with the agreed plans to ensure the efficient/safe running of plant/equipment. In addition to this, you will assist the Maintenance Manager with sub-contractors and report any incidents/occurrences that may threaten the health and safety of employees and/or potential pollution to the environment.
Other Information
You will be working on a concrete manufacturing site outside and inside large manufacturing sheds.
There will be a certain amount of machinery noise. However, full PPE will be provided by the company.
