Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

The role will include posting job adverts, completing reception duties including handling inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, creating and advertising jobs, assisting the consultants in the resourcing of candidates to fill vacancies, adding and updating candidates to the CRM/database and working with Microsoft packages.
