Brief Description
Are you looking for a career in customer service? Grab Express Ltd are looking for someone who can assist with their customer service team, making calls to customers to ensure work has been carried out as expected, sending a feedback form to customers and help to deal with any complaints.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail
Grab Express Ltd are a registered waste carrier & waste management company, mainly providing services/deliveries to the construction industry, schools, hospitals, local authorities and councils as well as one off sales to members of the general public.
As an apprentice, you will learn how to deliver high levels of customer service in a business to business environment as well as business to public environment.
Day to day you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive level of service to customers by dealing with phone calls and emails, logging customer concerns and investigating any issues. You will work closely with the accounts, transport and logistics departments. Your job will also include taking orders and bookings using their fleet tracking system. As well as all this you will be updating their social media and blog with the latest news and promotions.
Hours can be flexible as business hours are 6am to 6pm.
