Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail

Dixon & Sons Construction Limited get involved with a wide variety of construction projects in Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. Their work includes new builds, extensions, bricklaying and groundworks, carpentry, hard landscaping and driveways.

Part of the role will include: setting up the working area and selecting appropriate tools, carrying out basic trade instructions, read and interpret drawings, work in a team with other trades and learn about different types of construction methods including fireplaces and chimneys working within Health and Safety Policies.
