Brief Description

Do you want to work for a company who convert standard cars and vans into specialist vehicles including paramedic vehicles and police cars. Are you interested in becoming an Engineer? If so, Pressfab Evo are looking for a Vehicle Engineer Apprentice to join their team in Barton-Le-Clay

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail

With over 15 years experience in converting police, paramedic, fire and standard cars and vans, Pressfab Evo have built a reputation on the quality of design and workmanship. Whether it's a Dog Unit, SOCO Van, Armed Response Vehicle, Cell Van, Traffic Car or a Covert Application, EVO can!

During your apprenticeship, you will be working on the full refurbishment of cars/vans into specialist vehicles. You will be working alongside experienced and highly skilled Engineers, who will be able to train and support you throughout your apprenticeship. The main duties will include fitment of emergency service equipment, fitting lights and sirens and installing communication devices. You will also gain exposure in modifying and re-installing wiring looms and mounting and installing bespoke bracket assembly fittings.
