Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail
Shine Learning & Training Centre is a registered not-for-profit Community Interest Company which aims to make a difference to the life outcomes of students who find mainstream education challenging. They offer a good quality alternative education, that provides a home from home approach but focuses on mentoring and prevention work whilst also ensuring students’ academic needs are met and celebrated.
Part of your role will be to to support and assist students and teachers in the classroom. You will be providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher. You will also be promoting self-esteem, independence and enabling students to feel secure and happy.
