Brief Description

Are you looking for a career in engineering? UPE Engineering in Luton are looking for a Machining Engineer Apprentice. UPE specialise in precision engineering and use the most advanced equipment. You will be trained by their highly skilled workforce in CNC Milling, Turning, and Inspection of parts.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have GCSE grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths or the ability to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the programme.

Vacancy Detail

UPE Engineering are looking for a Machining Engineer Apprentice. You will be covering CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Inspection of parts as well as learning all about the latest technology and equipment used by UPE that make them a world class machining company.

You will be trained using the most advanced equipment and will also learn about programming the equipment and problem solving techniques, including all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will be trained in calibration accuracy and mechanical assembly. There will be lots to learn in this exciting role.
