Brief Description

PB Safety Consultancy provide a range of health and safety consultancy services across the construction sectors and are looking for an apprentice to carry out office administration works, clerical and cloud based information collation.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will need GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 9-3 (A*-D) including maths and English.

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be offered a permanent contract

Key responsibilities:

Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
Weekly stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
Helping company employees with email correspondence
Updating contact lists on the company database
Providing support to reception during busy periods
Office cover during staff holidays
Assisting the office administrator with regular health and safety checks
Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches
