Brief Description

Wizbiz are a small friendly company, based in Corby who are looking for an outgoing apprentice with a good understanding of IT. This is a great opportunity to work within a small team which involves, building and deploying new supplier products and marketing them online.

Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will hold grades 9-3 (A*-D) in English and maths (or equivalent)
A good level of computer skills is essential, although a formal qualification is not required.

Skills Required

A good understanding of PC related applications such as Excel, Microsoft Image Editing software and social media would be an advantage

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Full time job working in varied areas of a small developing business upon completion of apprenticeship.

Wizbiz are a small family owned business based in Corby and they are looking for an apprentice who wants to work in IT and, achieve a business qualification.

The successful candidate will be involved with building business solutions, including:

• Assisting with the product advertising and marketing projects
• Marketing the product images
• Logging and collating new supplier data
• Assisting with social media campaigns
• Exploring new and proved methods to access social media
• Software and Coding

The role is wide and varied and will include working with new supplier data, taking photos, communication with suppliers, using IT tools including visual basic, Excel spread sheets, DOS Scripting. editing images, creating brands, and generally being part of the team.
The software they generally work with include:-
Microsoft Word, Excel
Microsoft DOS Scripting
Microsoft Outlook
HTML
FTP Client software
