Brief Description
Creative Interior Contracts are looking for a Project Administration Apprentice to join their busy company that renovates and refurbishes pubs, hotels and leisure facilities. The role will include various different office work and involves answering the phone to customers.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role you will ideally need GCSEs at grades 9-3 (A*-D) or equivalent including English and maths.

Training to be Provided
You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organisation, project management, policies, relevant regulations, stakeholders, processes and external environment factors.

Creative Interior Contracts are looking for a Project Administration Apprentice to join their busy company that renovates and refurbishes pubs, hotels and leisure facilities. The role will include various different office work and involves answering the phone to customers.
With the aim to develop and gain responsibility during your apprenticeship, the role includes the following areas.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages
• Take in mail & sign for packages
• Open, sort, stamp & distribute mail. Post any outgoing mail
• Print drawings to the plan copier to size
• Taking turns in tea making!
Responsibilities:
• Aiding project co-ordinators and accounts with filing and admin
• Data input
• Prepare site set up boxes
• Packing Health & Safety folders
• Ordering stationery/office supplies/PPE equipment
• Sending delivery note envelopes out
• Filing
• Laminating
• Typing minutes & quotations for Directors
• Photocopying drawings/plans
• Chasing up subcontractors for outstanding quotations
• Contacting suppliers for lead times & prices on products
• Organising safety checks for the office
• Ordering and laying out client lunches
• Tidying up office
• Keeping sample library up to date and tidy
