Brief Description : JHF are looking for a Level 2 Carpenter apprentice, with the opportunity to progress on to Level 3. The successful candidate will be working on First Fix and Second Fix Carpentry covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & surrounding areas.
Qualifications Required : To be considered for this role you will need GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 9-3 (A*-D) including maths and English.

Main duties will include:
First Fix Carpentry includes:
-Windows and window boards,
-Exterior doors and internal door linings
-Mid/Full height bathroom boxing’s
Second Fix Carpentry includes:
-Internal hardwood and softwood doors
-Architraves to door linings
-Skirting and mouldings
-Pre-formed door sets
-Low level bathroom boxing’s
-Training on roof carpentry will also be provided
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday (07:30 - 16:30) Tuesday to Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
Salary : £ 182.75 (Weekly)

Ability to use hand tools is desirable
On site experience is desirable

Potential to be supplied with a company van/truck and fuel card.
Training to be Provided : You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Other Information : *Candidates will need to drive and have their own transport in order to travel across different sites in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & surrounding areas *
Wage will depend on experience
