Brief Description
York House Meat Products are looking for an Engineering apprentice to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Qualifications Required
You will need a minimum of three GCSEs at grades 9-4 ( A*-C ) or Level 1 equivalent, ideally including English, Math's and a Science
Personal Qualities
Honest, hands on approach, positive attitude, good timekeeping, willingness to learn, flexible and open minded, commitment to learning and attending college, team player
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Able to demonstrate their practical ability
Possess an interest in Engineering and how things work.

Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3
EAL Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing
EAL Level 2 Award for Foundation Phase Gateway Assessment

Pearsons Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

To grow within the business, successfully qualify as an engineering apprentice, take on an independent role within the engineering team, focus on continuous improvement i.e. LEAN manufacturing projects, take ownership for small internal engineering projects
