Brief Description

Bela Electronic Designs are a small contract electronic manufacturer engaged in the assembly and test of printed circuit board assemblies in a high-value, small-batch, fast pace environment. They are looking to recruit a keen apprentice to understand the electronic engineering work they carry out.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have GCSEs 9-3 (A*-D) in maths and English or an equivalent qualification

Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Punctuality and outstanding attendance for both work and college is essential.

Skills Required

Any soldering experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Willing to learn.
Be proactive and show initiative.
You must be numerate and literate.

Training to be Provided

Engineering Operative – Level 2
EAL Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations
EAL Level 2 in Engineering Operations

Future Prospects

Permanent employment in the role of choice upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
