Brief Description

A fantastic opportunity has come in for a Beauty Clinic Receptionist apprentice in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will assist with reception duties within the clinic, including making and managing beauty, tanning and and osteopath bookings for clients.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will need 3 GCSEs at grades 9-3 (A*-D) or equivalent including English and maths.

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)

You will also study a range of topics including: Knowing your customers, Understanding your organisation, Meeting regulations and legislation, Systems and resources, Your role and responsibility, Customer experience, Product and service knowledge, Interpersonal skills and Communication

-Taking messages
-Dealing with enquiries
-Handling Payments
-Responding to emails and social media correspondence
-Assisting with social media updates
-Co-ordinating online bookings
-Assisting with main reception duties
-Supporting staff where required
-Light house keeping duties
